Shipping Policy for USA:

American Road Masters products to customers in the USA. The shipping time could be from 7-15 days, depending on the shipping. The shipping may take two extra days if any delay occurs. American Road Masters provides free shipping methods.

Returns Policy for USA: 

American Road Masters accepts returns for defective or damaged products within 4 days of delivery. If the customer receives a defective or damaged product, they should contact American Road Master’s info@americanroadmasters.com email or 1310-9272789 number within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process. The customer will need to provide photos or videos to prove the defect or damage. American Road Masters will then provide a return address for the customer to send the product back. Once the product is received and inspected, American Road Masters will either send a replacement or issue a refund. 

There are several reasons why American Road Masters may not accept returns or issue refunds, including:

Non-defective items:

American Road Masters does not accept returns or refunds for non-defective items. This means that if you simply changed your mind or no longer want the product, you will not be able to return it.
